Looking for at least 3 bedroom dwelling - house, donga, shed or vans to rent for single mum of 5 kids ages 16-4yrs old. Kids are only in my care 1 week a fortnight. Willing to look at anything. It doesnt have to be pretty. Willing to pay up to $350 a week for the right place. I have references and can pay 4 weeks bond. I also have a 10yr old jack russel/chiahuahua that is not a yapper.
