I have an unfurnished good size bedroom for rent in a modern unit in Carlton. The unit is on ground level which faces onto Rathdowne St. It has very good security and a courtyard attached. I'm a tidy person and know how to respect other peoples property. Im also gay (not the limp wristed type.. lol) so gay friendly would be a big plus.. The unit is located within walking distance to Melbourne uni, Lygon, Brunswick and Smith streets, bus stops at the door, walking distance to the city, St Vincents and Royal Melbourne hospitals, Melbourne Museum and Carlton gardens.

The cost would be $868 a month plus expenses. The unit comes with a remote control garage at an extra cost. I would expect a months payment as bond on commencement of moving in. The bedroom pictured is of similar size but unfurnished.
